Bespoke Travel

Tiger Transport & Tours Pte Ltd (referred to as “the Company”) acts solely as an intermediary between customers and independent suppliers for the provision of transportation, dining, ground handling, and other services related to bespoke travel arrangements. The Company does not own or directly operate any of these services.

  1. Liability:
    1. The Company shall not be liable for any negligent or wilful act of any independent supplier or third party.
    2. Customers are advised not to pay fees directly to third-party suppliers. The Company shall not be liable for any loss of cash due to such payments.
    3. In the event of non-provision of services due to unforeseen circumstances or illness of a third-party supplier, the Company will make reasonable efforts to find a suitable replacement. If a replacement cannot be arranged, refunds will be issued to customers.
  2. Risks & Insurance:
    1. Customers are responsible for obtaining full insurance coverage for accidents, loss, or injury during the tour.
    2. Participation in tours involves inherent risks, and customers assume all such risks associated with the tour.
  3. Amendments & Payments:
    1. Amendments to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges payable by the customer.
    2. Payments overdue by more than 2 weeks will incur a late payment fee of 10% of the total invoiced amount per week until payment is made in full.
  4. Covid-19 Group Tour Policy:
    1. Customers may be required to provide a negative nucleic acid test at their own expense in the event of a Covid-19 outbreak.
    2. If the tour is cancelled due to a Covid-19 outbreak or government restrictions, customers will be refunded according to the Company’s Covid-19 Sudden Outbreak Cancellation Policy.
  5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution:
    1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.
    2. Disputes shall be resolved through consultations, and if necessary, through the Singapore Mediation Centre.
    3. The seat of arbitration and judgement shall be in Singapore, and the judgement shall be final and binding.

Note: *International credit card or other payment fees will not be refunded in case of tour cancellations.*Β
